Rob Hall Photos-"Jackson" Collection
Jackson
Rob Hall has been taking photographs for over 40 years. His deep connection to nature and the life forces which live in it have given him amazing access to photograph things that many of us do not get to see. Often times the story behind the photo is even more compelling than the image itself, and Rob has gets much joy recounting the events that led up to or followed the moment that he captured in his art. I think Rob would call himself an animal lover before he would call himself a photographer. His rescue stories are many. His eyes tear up when telling the story of the baby blue jay who fell out of his nest that Rob saved and worked with the jay’s parents to keep alive. General Lee the Russian Blue cat, the button buck deer, countless turtles, adorable little tree frogs and so many others. He is an actively engaged in work associated with the Feral Agenda and some of these cats he still takes care of on his property, enjoying the color rich garden that he constructs every year to attract all kinds of hummingbirds, butterflies, and other welcomed guests that he so often photographs. Although Rob has not sold his art photography for many years, even after many personal requests to do so, he is finally releasing a limited amount of images for sale in order to raise money for his beloved cat Jackson who is in need of a very expensive surgery. Although it has been hard to put a price on his art, it has been even harder to put a price on his cat’s life and we value your support in this effort. Photos are available in many sizes and range from $5 and up, there are mugs and note cards and other products available as well. Although your purchases are greatly appreciated, it is your healing thoughts and loving energy for Jackson that are just as much a beautiful contribution. Thank you on behalf of Rob and Jackson.
